La Cabecera está localizada en un punto clave del auge turístico de la ciudad, funcionando a la vez como un hito y nodo importante. Basandonos en el planteamiento de Problema – Oportunidad se utilizará la actual cabecera de Principe Pío para un proyecto de Centro Polivalente de Arte y Eventos, ya que actualmente el mismo se encuentra en estado de abandono, y en los últimos años si es utilizado es sólo con fines de eventos. Dicho proyecto será implementado para todas las personas que visiten Madrid y quieran tener una experiencia más creativa y para ello propone que cada espacio sea distinto por lo que cada lugar constituye a la vez una propuesta artística.

The head of the building is located on a key point of the city’s tourism boom, functioning both as a landmark and an important node. Based on the approach of problem – opportunity, the front of Principe Pío will be used for a Polyvalent Arts and events Centre since this part of the building is in a state of neglet and its only use in the previous years is related to events. Such projetct will be implemented for all the visitors of the city of Madrid that want to have a more creative experience. In order to accomplish this, we propose a variety of different spaces where every place is an artistic proposal.
