La torre incluye espacios de oficinas, 44 apartamentos de lujo y 24,000 m2 de comercios logrando un estacionamiento para 465 vehiculos siendo así ciudad vertical en el centro de la ciudad de Santo Domingo.

Multifunctional tower with an aproximate of 11,000 m2 of land and 57,000 m2 of construction on a footprint of 6,000 m2, leaving the rest area for public spaces and transit. The tower includes office spaces, 44 luxury appartments and 24,000 m2 of commerces. This tower has a parking lot with the capacity for 465 vehicles, being a vertical city on the centre of Santo Domingo city.
